Tenant Credit History

A tenant credit history is scored when there is suitable credit information available to score. You can get an explanation of guide lines and sometimes a tutorial to help to determine if you have a good tenant credit history or perhaps undesirable tenant. The general guidelines are the credit score should be 650 or above. The score of 650 is just about a "C" rating. There should be an explanation at the top of the report as to why the report was not a perfect 800 score. There are lots of reasons the scores go down but mostly because of slow payor no pay. The credit bureaus advise if the social security number is valid or not. Ofter high risk tenants will give a false social security number or one that belongs to someone else in hopes of detailing your tenant credit history and hopefully allowing them to slip through the tenant credit check search.
