Renter Credit Reports
Who should you do a renter credit report on? Anyone person over the age of 18 should have a renter credit report run. They may not be working but just living with parents or guardians. It does not matter if the rent is not being paid you will need to look at everyone living in the property over 18 to collect the rent.
A renter credit report should include their credit history, a beacon score, prior address they may have lived at. Prior employers they may have worked for. This report may also show any address they might have been evicted from or left owing monies to.
The more information you have on every individual living in your house the better.
